Local party membership continues to grow in the wake of the Labour's Leadership elections. Since Jeremy Corbyn's election in September, a further 135 people have joined North Devon Labour Party. Total membership now stands at 586 - an increase of 460 since the General Election in May.
Many new members attended the recent AGM and the clear message from the meeting was for the Party to take the challenge to the Tories and to counter the Austerity policies that are doing so much damage to our public services and hurting so many. All members are invited to the next constituency meeting where the shape of the local campaign for the months ahead will be decided. If you'd like to join us go to https://join.labour.org.uk/ The next Constituency meeting will be at The London Inn, Caen St, Braunton on Tuesday 27th October at 7pm.
